Low Attention span

Hello All
Am new to this site but am seeking help on a problem my daughter is experiencing.

She is a brilliant 10year old girl but for the last 3-4 yrs she does not focus on any one thing for long and get bored quickly, she also has some anger issues which flashes on and off.

In my country there is no known doctor that can deal with her problem, so am seeking help from anyone who have delt with children with this kind of behaviour

Re: Low Attention span

Its a shame that you cant find any support. Luckily I have experienced numerous amounts of support for my daughter, through school and other medical outlets relating to my daughters issues. Not knowing if my suggestion will be available to you where ever your located. My 5 year old is suffering from a lack of attention span and I tried 'Effalex' on her which improved her attention at school, along with her behaviour, she is not an angry child, she becomes emotionally distrot. Effalex was a little expensive on top of all the other costs associated with her issues, so we now use another natural based product called 'Eye-Q' which has the same outcome as the effalex. It's a fish oil based product and tastes discusting but it's better than medicating your children so they become someone else bar themselves. Also, look at Children's relaxation techniques, such as yoga, meditation etc. this may assist and help manage your little girls anger. <edited> I know how frustrating not having any support or direction can be prior to finding your way and obtaining some answers.
