Red face wanna hear an interesting story?

This story is about some of the doctors over at the philadelphia childrens' hospital. Some of them are complete idiots (some of them anyway). I went there when i was like 10 to get tested for ADD, because i wasn't doing too well in school. some guy talked to me for like an hour, then for some reason i got a physical. anyway they diagnosed me with ADD. and freakin' turrets syndrome! which i have no f-cking idea where they got that from. Put me on this med that only came as a powder that had to be eaten like 3 times a day and was literally the worst thing i have ever tasted. Now on to the good stuff. After 2 years of hell (and knowing that i had neither of the disorders.) I got tested again at a different place. the doctor there was so mad that the other doctors diagnosed me with ADD and TS that he wanted to file to have them get stripped of their med. licenses. (thats what i;ve been thinking all along.) nobody ever thought I had either of the disorders except those damn "doctors". When i tell people about it today they laugh and say something of the nature of "damn what are those doctors like on crack!?" yea my guess is they were. I don't kno their names and my mom wont give their names to me, (for their own personal well-being.) it just burns me up that there are horrible people out there like that who are comple f-cking morons. thanks for listening, lata.

colarsky, seeing as how you're a parent, I hope you heed this message: please don't necessarily believe what the doctors say about your daughter. Once one doctor said I had ADD, it was all over my parents thought i had it too cuz they couldnt think for themselves on that subject. plus they knew nothing about it, they just knew that i wasnt doing too hot in school. And for the record even after i went on medicine i did bad at that school (it was private school) now im at public and have like a 3.4 GPA. And plus, to me, 4 years old seems WAAAAY too young for your daughter to have ADD. 4 year olds still have wonderful imaginations, she probably doesnt pay too much attention because her mind stil has the ability to cook up more interesting things, an ability that i must say depreciates as you age. Anyway I hope u take my advice on YOU being the judge on whether ur daughter has ADD or not and i wish you and your family the best of luck. dont let it tear you apart.

Hi again
well i understand everything you said on the last note but but i have to disagree on one thing though when i was 4 tested for add and adhd and it came out to where i was and still are at 25 but My Son i just dont know what to do right now the problem was the Stupid Doctor Overdosed him on the med and he end up in the hosptail and it could have killed him but now the doctor acts like it isnt his Fault or anything a lot had to be done while in the hosptail casue of the dose he was on he did not just give him a little he gave him 5 mgs 3 times day and that is a adult size and what the doctors in the Er said too me it wasnt my fault and he should have gotten 2.5 mgs and then up it ina week or two not a flat 15mgs a day so know i know never Trust a doctor
but also now i have to worry about if that drug has a long term affect on a child at that again
well thanks for listing
