This is merely a vitamin/herb supplement. If your child is already taking a good multivitamin/mineral supplement you could be doing more harm by giving him this product since he may be getting an overdose of certain vitamins. Be sure to check on the recommended dosage of each ingredient before even thinking of giving this to your child.
