Nicci57, It's been awhile since your post, Procrastination

Listen, everyones does that at some point in there lives don't be so hard on yourself, if you can't be good to you then whose going to be. Right?
If this is bothering you so much, to procrastinate, then find some way that motivates...First thing I would try, would be to write down what you need to do for the day. Things you should do every day, and the things you need to do that day.
Then give your self some small reward for the day.
Writing down and checking off is key: Think of what you do for the day, I abbreviate like, (T) for the medicinal tea I drink at night, everynight. When I drink it I check it off. OK? Once you can just...write...it down. Your on your way to at least helping your Procrastination.
Not to mention the Great benifits it can bring to your life as a whole. You were put here for a reason. What are your passions in your life, what do you excell at? Reward your self, for working towards your life's desire.
This is what keeps us going in our lives. Time just flies by when we are so absorbed with our every second of the day. And your loving it!
Listen I was like you. I'm not sure if you are in college or high school, but the basic principals of this working for you too are High.
I've kept this Med.,journal, Daily
for (let me go check) lol. 768 days. And that was for my IBS, I've pretty much cured that. Now for the last 150 days, I've had to go on my first diet ever. So I weight myself every day. I enter 3+3+3 and check those off for the amount of water I drink each day. Then I write in the mineral sea/salt for the day, I make a spot with two lines, one 1/4tsp.for the morning and one for the night. I put a V for vitamins, and check it off when taken after my meal. In the morning I take things on an empty stmach.ETC.....
I write down symbols and check them off, I use a small calendar booklet. That way I don't have to write in the days or dates. Then I have room to write daily things. You need to feel better about who you are and what you do best.
This is the only thing that worked for me. I'm not ashamed to say that I'm 41 now, and I look and feel 10yrs younger than 768 days ago.And alot better than that, after the last 150days on the new watercure diet plan. And cutting back on sweets except once a day.
What a chatty catty, (like my girlfriend always say...lol
Actually, one part of the diet I'm doing is for ADD. But I'm sure this much I've share has been plenty to absorb for now. Take care, Diana
