Hi Everyone, I was curious. I've been on Ritalin 10 mg for about 6 months now. I take them 4 x per day, and was wondering if anyone else has any experiences w/ ritalin? I think personally it wears off quickly. It only lasts in my system about 2 1/2 hours then goes away. I've tried concerta but that gave me headaches. Can anyone give me some advice about other medications? for adults. I"m 25 yrs old. Thank you.

Why not take extended release ritalin and see if that works better for you. Since you are having problems with the meds though it means you need to talk to your doctor to see what they advise you to do.

also take a look at the new Ritalin LA (long acting). I use it now for a month and one pill in the morning lasts all day... no ups and downs...
