Try adding in DL-phenylalanine, L-Tyrosine, and some protein shakes, try and cut out all simple carbs, especially bread. Try some quality fish oil, if you can't find pharmaceutical grade, check out the health food store for brands like: twinlab, solgar, solaray, etc. Make sure it's fish body oil, and at least "concentrate" in quality. Look for the highest DHA content per serving size. |
