Look for the oils with the EFA's and DHA's listed on the side. Omega oils are supposed to be good for brain, eye and nervous system function. Flax seed oil I have heard is even better. Don't overtake these, though; excess of anything, even good, could have adverse effects so stick to recommended amounts.
There have also been reports out there that calcium has good effects and is calming. Also great for PMS.
