Hello all,

I could really use some help here. Ive been taking 30-40 mg of Dex everyday and on the really bad days even 45mg.

I find that it messes my up too bad and I dont like it at all.

I have been taking it for 6 months now and was wondering if anyone can help me with advice to stopping the drug.

Is it just a case of stopping?? Weening off??

I need to function in the real world so I don't want to be too exhausted.

Please help!

Talk to your Doctor, stopping cold turkey will most likely leave you irritable and depressed. You should start by lowing your dose gradually. Did it not work for you? It works great for me, but I only need it during school or studying, and only 5mgs.
