My middle son was diagnosed at 5 and my middle one at 7. Although both had it they each were at a different degree. I always said different sides of the spectrum. Tonight here on the news they stated that there was going to be a new mandate for children. I forgot the exact ages, but for your son at 4 the way to handle ADHD was going to be behavioral therapy first, then possible medication, I beleive for your brother it was going to be both. There are online surveys now that can help you see if its a possibility. I would suggest a visit to a doctor, and even maybe a therapist. This is not easy for a parent to handle. It can become easier with education. There are a lot of people here that have ADHD or children with it that would be willing to help if or when you need it.
