I'm finding getting some morning exercise, like a 20min fast walk, and trying to view things as positive as possible, have been helping me a lot lately.
I was quite relieved myself to know there is a reason for why things are more challenging. If I look at it like it's a challenge then I can train myself to win everyday!?
right? Like runners train with goals. We can make daily reasonable goals. Baby steps.
Of course some days are better than others.
