Question Looking for information
Hi
My son was just diagnosed with ADHD the predoninately inattentive type and I was looking for information on this type of adhd. I was told about Russel A Barkleys book, Taking charge of ADHD, the complete, authoritative guide for parents. I also found books for my son to read, Learning to slow down and pay attention and Putting on the brakes. Would like some feedback about those books or any others that people have read and found usefull.

I am a fan of Dr.Daniel G. Amen's books.
His book "Healing ADD...6 types.."
You may want to check it from the library as it may have only portions of interest to you. There is a chapter on parenting strategies and also school strategies.
