Good idea for a thread...I am so not a New Year's resolution person myself...but I love to make reasonable goals...and I need all the support I can get to stick to them!
So this is great!
1. Post Weekly Dinner Menu
(a) plan, shop, cook, accordingly
(b) eat out only once a week with entire family
2. Keep a Daily food Journal
(a)if I don't complete it at night, fill it in the next day
3. Journal negative thoughts when I get stuck
(a) make sure I have notebook and pen in eyesight
