My 8 yr old son has been on adderall (20mg and then 40 mg and then down to 30mg) since Thanksgiving. He has never been on any type of meds before this. In the last four weeks or so he has developed this 'tic'. It started when he had a cold and my husband and I figured that was why he was picking at the inside of his nose. Not deep or anything, just like the area inside the nostril. Well the cold is gone and he is still picking.

Has anyone seen this same type of problem in their child? We have tried to remind him to stop but it seems like its uncontrolable and he informed me that kids at school are teasing him about it and one of his teachers has told him to stop.
