Unhappy help! need to educate grandparents of 20 yr olds add

How do I find info to prove to them add exists? They are staying with us as I had major back surgery and need their help. All I hear is them telling my 20 yr old with add what an. Idiot he is, what a slow he is, he may leave until they leave, It's breaking my heart! They never accepted add when he was diagnosed in 4th grade. Husband and I need something online to show them his brain functions differently so they back off. My mom is OCD with cleanliness, and everyone should do everything perfect and the same, so that is what I am dealing with. I can't fight over it as they would leave and I physically need their help but my poor son! I don't care About his messy room, It's in the basement, but She won't stop harassing him About it. He's an "idiot" for borrowing friends money, anytime he misplaces something, Ugh. ( on another note She only speaks to me, her daughter. She doesn't speak to my three brothers, so that is what I am dealing with here.) Please, serious advice needed before tonight!!! Thank you.
