Tolerance break from adderal did not help

Back in May I was prescribed 60mg IR aderall a day, I felt like this was a bit much so over the summer I stopped taking adderall regularly. I made 60 30mg pills last me over three months. I took zoloft to help me with adderall withdrawal symptoms. Three weeks ago I got back on adderall and I stopped taking the zoloft four days ago. Problem is my tolerance hasn't changed! I was so excited to get back on 20mg a day.... has anyone else had this problem???

(During the tolerance break the longest I went without a single mg of adderall was three weeks. I only took it daily for two weeks back in july because of work.)

How can I lower my tolerance??
