Hi there, I hope everything worked out ok yesterday. I've had similar situations happen and they are not fun. In the case it ever happens again, here are some suggestions. Obviously if you experience any troubling symptoms, go to the ER. If not, I would always recommend calling your doctor first. If you can't reach your local pharmacist, try calling one at a national chain, in a different location.
With my ADD, I'm a bit scattered so now I put all my meds in a "idiot proof" pill kit/split by AM/PM. I take some medications a few times a day so I have a smaller pill kit that I carry in my purse for those.
