my 14 year old daughter had adhd. what supplements I should give to her. thank you

A healthy diet, free of artificial preservatives and colourings, along with daily exercise are the best non-medicinal things you can do to alleviate ADHD symptoms.

On the supplements side, some claim fish oil can help. The omega-3 fatty acids in fish oil are necessary for proper brain development and will thus help in the long term, but I wouldn't expect much change on a day to day basis.
