Smile just wondering how long until you feel more energetic again

I hope I'm not writing too much on here but I just wondering and have no idea what to really expect. I was wondering once I get through the w/d (which usually last about 3 days right?) then when can i expect to want to get off the sofa and do stuff again or just get up and do anything. Right now I feel so drained and I'm guessing it's from the med they have me on for the w/d. But will I notice any kind of change within a week after the w/d? Thanks for any info!!!

I also want to say that I think me finding this forum is a Godsend. My husband has been extrememly great and helpful but it's hard for him to understand so being on here I can really relate to so much of it. So thank you!!!

Hi-
I was tired for a long while - at least for the time they had me on the clonidine patch. People say exercise, but it was virtually impossible for me to do that when on the clonidine.

Afterward...the body expends alot of energy adjusting and you also feel fatigued; so start walking when you feel the energy to do it; move a little when you can...it gets better.
