I experienced kinda the same thing. Im telling ya my body felt like I had just ran a marathon. I was sooo tired and fatigued. My muscles kinda ached like they do after working out real hard...you know how they feel the next day...that is how they felt. I just remember that it took some time. You just have to tell yourself that being realistic...it wont last forever, that with time it gets easier. We did not get ourselves into this situation overnight, and we cant expect to feel freat overnight. Stay strong and Good Luck
