i posted this on captain jack 2days ago but that post dissappered.the main reason i chose the suboxone was because i have to work everday just to survive and i cannot work or function if i am going threw withdraws.i will either hurt myself or somebody on the jobsite because when iam w/ding i cannot think straight or do much of anything that requires a little thinking.sure if could just lay around for 30-60days to get completely over the w/ds then it might not be so bad but i cant do that and niether can alot of other people.with the sub you feel half normal and dont have to use while on it and can think straight but i know i will have to getoff of it one day in the near future.

Spark . . . what does your doctor say about using Suboxone long-term? If it makes you feel "normal" and there are no side-effects . . . what's the downside? I'm sure it's less expensive than the opiates you were getting, even without insurance. Good luck to you!
