school started here on monday. actually, after 12 weeks of mat leave i was ready to come back to work. of course in my demented mind, i also convinced myself i was a bad mother. lol! sometimes at the end of the work day i wish i could go out with friends at a moment's notice like the old days but reality sinks in...i'm a grown up now! actually, i usually end up having a good time with the "bugman" after i pick him up from my mom's office. yep, that's right, i send him to grandma every day! huge savings on daycare!!!!!
i know i wil probably cry like a baby on his first day of real school though. i look at babies and sometimes really miss when he was that little, then i breathe a big sigh of relief that he's how he is now! so much more fun!
