I have been on Adderal for years .. I am having a lot of trouble stopping it has anyone else tried to stop that was on it a long time

It is an amphetamine, or like an amphetamine, akin to Ritalin only stronger, for ADHD.

SOBEIT, Why are you on adderall? Do you have ADD? It is an amphetamine used mainly for that purpose and sometimes narcolepsy. I would talk to your doc about the sleep. Usually people on this for a long period are prescibed a sleep aid. Let me know how it goes. Take care.

on it 5 years .. gave me Xanax for sleep during this period .. I am off now but the combo has wreaked my life and left me brain dead .. have add but always managed with exercise and diet , but when Dr.'s got me on this combo , I lost it all ... I am so lost now ..
