I just need to ramble I swear my shirink has not a clue on what the heck he is doing. I really belive he has no kind of medical licence. I had a hard night sleep wise. This mornig I when to talk to my case manager who is supportive but frusetuated also so shrinky got involved any way the ways the sleep meds work for me is you change them every 4 to 6 weeks and then you start over. I have a high tolarence so the benzo build up quickly. Well I had been on 10 mg of klonipn for while tracey my case manager was freacky becuse it a lot Your really not soppose to go beyond 4mg. so shrinky took me dow to two. then stopped it then put me back on 4mg. now he's got me back onn atavan 4 mg then the 20 of the ambian. this is okay for now but tracey and I can't seem to get it through he thick skull. I mean these meds are cosley garuded he said the paper work frustruats him aand he was doing all the work. all the anger management amost went right out the widow. I let a message for the new therapyst so proble next week I will start I am just going to walk in with an open mind.I just don't think it is time. I mean it's like I been outta Prison 100 yrs. and When I walk down the stree you know to cross it. I like that part of myself because it give off that feeling that she can take care of her self that is something they want me to let go ooff by thats what has protected me for so long.Yea I have changed in to this pearson who I never thought I 'd see but.well ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
