Glad you are hanging in there, E. Regarding the sleeplessness, don't let it get you down. I dwelled on mine, and it made me nuts. You will sleep when necessary. No cravings on this end. They ended after the first week. I think once you hit the weekend, come Monday, the hard part will be over. Try to take Friday off, if you can, as it will help immensely, and it will give you three full days to finish your withdrawal, without work pressure. Today, I feel the best that I have in 8 years.
