well let's see, what do you think your main problem is, do you smoke more for the stress relief from the nicotine
it self? Or the ritual? First time I quite I started dipping in the tin myself and started right back up again. Last FEB I just got a bic pen, no Commit, no gum, first week was hell! I chewed the hell out of that pen but now I feel great, i have lots of energy and I dont smell like a smoke stack.
