Question New here looking for support - Norco addict

Hi my name is Kim, I am clean off Norco 44 days today. I went to rehab to help me with the w/d's. I am finally feeling somewhat "normal".

Does anyone go to NA meeting? I would like your opinion of them.

Looking forward to chatting...

Kim

they work for some, for some they dont. I myself dont subject myself to them but if it saves a life then so be it....

I think it all depends on the person. Some people here will swear the only way to make it is through support groups. For myself, support groups are not an option by my choice. If you feel like they may help you even a little I would try one. 44 days that is awesome keep up the good work!!!

You've got it by the tail now. From here on it is a choice.

NA works! an important note, it is an action program. you get what your effort puts into it. nothing in nothing out. NA meetings for a recovering addict can turn lives around Kim. dont stop after 1 or 2. give it time your recovery deserves it. you will find understanding, love and a welcoming feeling for you. many newcomers get told to attend 90 meetings in 90 days! its good advice. good luck Kim.
