Its alright-you know that this is part of the recovery process-as long as its a slip-and not a plummet-4 months is amazing-hard work..its a daily struggle-so don't overlook all the hard work you just put into your sobriety-understand it-and move on..At least you didn't go into binge mode-and you see it for what it is-"just a slip"-if you find yourself really wanting to use-try to get to a meeting-i don't do them regularly-but if i feel really low-or i really feel i want to use-it can be very helpful-
Do you have any additional support like counseling/etc?
I really need to have my weekly therapy sessions to stay on track-but i also have serious depression issues that are not just drug-related..but the drugs really did a number on my brain chemistry.
