Day 4 And Almost Out Of The Woods!!! - Addiction & Recovery Message Board

Today is the 4th day of my detox! I finally got some decent sleep last night (6 hours). Although my heartrate is still a bit higher than normal, I feel much better! The nausea is almost gone and my appetitie is somewhat back.

I just wanted to say thanks to all of you who have read my posts and prayed for me! I couldn't have done it without you!

This is the way I want to live! With a clear mind and body! I still have some back pain, but it's not that bad considering the alternative!

Thomas - That is sooooo wonderful! :-) For yourself----and for those of us facing a similar struggle and can sure use the "inspiration" of another success story! Don't forget to keep in touch--and to post back if you have any questions, problems, etc. You may feel some "back-and-forth" emotions in the next few weeks....and we're all here for you.
