| Do People Abuse Tricyclic Antidepressants?
I had to take a routine drug test today. I'm clean so there is no problem. But something caught my attention. The test was a 10 panel test that tested for all the usual suspects, but I was also tested for Tricyclic Antidepressant use.
Why would they test for that? I have never heard of anyone getting high from that class of drug. They did not test for SSRI's. I think that is very strange. It is none of their business if I need an antidepressant, in my humble opinion. Can anyone here shed light on this?
