Crank/Crack questions

Can someone tell me what the difference between Crank and Crack is?
What is the difference between Crack Cocaine and regular cocaine? Are they all the same with different street names?

Just trying to learn here.

I'm not certain about the difference in the two different cocaines. I do know that "crank" is not cocaine but methamphetamine.

Re: Crank/Crack questions

mydogsobe is right. crank is meth and crack is cocaine. they are similar in that they both give you a fast rush. your meth high is going to last a lot longer than crack. if you don't mind me asking though, why are you so curious. i promise you they are equally addictive and equally dangerous, though in different ways. they will both take your life and throw it right over the edge. please stay as far away from them as you can. they seem like a lot of fun in the beginning, but it doesn't last.

Re: Crank/Crack questions

Oh, the reason I ask, is because I am kind of ignorant when it comes to drugs. Naive might be a better term. Anyway, I was just curious about the terminology not the personal effects.
I may be uncool in some of my aquaintence's eyes, but I am not ashamed that I have don't know the terms let alone the effects.

Re: Crank/Crack questions

I would like to add my ex father inlaw was a crack dealer. not only did he cook it up, but he would get his customers to freebase, use a pipe(Glass) cause for some reason that caused you to get very hooked. Dont get me wrong you will still get severly hooked as I seen it over and over until I divorced my ex. I couldn't even take my children to visit him for the fear of one of his deals going bad or the DEA busting down the door. STAY AWAY FROM IT ALL. It's no kinda life to live. And if your friends know all the terms then find new ones cause it sounds like they are into more then you know.
