Hey Vickyuser,

No news on the job front. Leta was suppose to call me Friday, but no call. I've prayed and if God wants me to have this job I will, if not I won't. I did get a call from a Cardiology Physician Office about a resume I sent to them. Will call them back on Monday. I've put out about 7-8 resumes and hopefully something will come of it soon.

Hey vickyuser,

Sorry to hear you got bad news. Anything you want to talk about. Keep strong no matter what. You are moving in the right direction. I've had trouble focusing on the message board for the last 3-4 days. Reading some, posting a little. But that happens with me and then it will pass.

Still haven't heard anything about my job. I did talk to someone in the office yesterday and she said, ".... is getting a package together for me". When I asked her did that mean they were hiring me, she said she couldn't tell me that. But in the past it usually meant they were going to make you an offer. She also said that Leta would call me today. It's almost 6pm and I haven't heard anything. I've been praying about it and so we'll see how God answers that prayer.

I do have major news, Friday my attorney, the judges ballif (a friend of my attorney), the county sheriffs and I are going to put my ex-boyfriend out of my house if he's still there. We served him papers on Thursday of last week, giving him 7 days to get out. So I have decided that God doesn't want me to go to work until that is over and that's why .... is dragging her feet about the offer. Even if she calls tomorrow, I will tell her I can start on Monday.

I try to do too many things at once and my higher power is making me get out of the way and doing those things on his time line. Seems I have to make that concious decision to get out of his way every week.

I"m a hugh control freak.

Waiting is always the hardest part. Hopefully you will hear about the job real soon. I guess I am just not very patient. I always want instant gratification. That's probably how I got in this mess to begin with(lol). Hopefully your X will be long gone very soon. Sounds like a new beginning to me!!!!!!!

The really bad news is that my husband's colon cancer from 3 years ago has metasized to his liver. With no treatment he has 6 months to live. Of course we are starting chemo next week. But even with that he the Dr.s have told him his life expectancy is 2-3(average) years. We have been married 30 years and dated for 4. I have been with him most of my adult life. It helps to tell someone. I know that the people on this board are strangers but yet I feel like I have known everyone for years. There is a bond that is hard to explain to an outsider.

A couple of times I thought about taking something.....It wasn't even a craving. I just wanted to feel nothing. But decided that clean was better. I went to a wedding Sunday(we did not find out until Monday) clear headed and really enjoyed myself. It was fantastic to leave the house with an empty purse and not have to count pills out. Guess I am just rambling.

Thanks for listening(or should I say reading) You support is never ending. Your such a comfort to everyone on this board.
