guys...have had a bad case of pneumonia...pretty sick so havebnt had energy to post..love you all...doc wanted me in hospital 4 times,got mad at me but cant go...never paid medical bills from last year at hospital.embarredsed to go but bot am i sick...luv ya,....chef

Chef, pneumonia is serious! If you cannot go to the hospital make sure you get complete bed rest at home, take your meds and keep in touch with your doctor. Have been saying my prayers for this board, will say a special one for you.

Well my news is this, my son is coming back home, should be here next weekend. He is going to finish school. He was on a full scholarship before he derailed his life and future with his addiciton. The school accepted him back and the scholarship is still in effect. He has one chance to put this all back on track, otherwise he will have to pay back the scholarship monies put out for him to date. His future is now in his hands. Right now he is doing great where he is. When he gets home it will be 12 weeks straight of clean living.

I am actually having re-occuring nightmares again about me coming home and seeing or finding him high and him denying there is anything wrong.

I hope school and working here keeps him on the right path. My ex, where he was living for the summer, was strict with him, we are going to continue the same rules here.

Doing Ok here. Son is back home and working. Been drug testing him with the First Check drug test. It tests for everything. I have a feeling he will be moving out soon because the girlfriend is not allowed anywhere near me or my house. Sorry, but that's the way it is. So, I'll just keep praying and drug testing and hope for the best. Nothing ever lasts too long when she's in the picture. Hope all is well with you all.............

12 weeks is good cram,katy is going to n/a and although she didnt want to go and hated it when she did,i insisted she go,said its the best thing i ever made her do,we live paralell lives she too has been kept a place at uni,she took leave of absence in march,and they reserved her place on pharmacology,this also is her last chance with money to pay if she duffs it,yes nightmares are continuos i dreamt she was hiding amongst the trees in the garden with the phone trying to contact her dealer,hope its all good news from both of us from now on.
Take care chef,bugger if we were to lose you to some nasty little virus after all you have been thru,keep updating,sadmum
