clonazepam[kolonapin] is very addictive! - Addiction & Recovery Message Board

I wanted to start this post,because in a certain thread,someone said that clonazepam,also known as kolonapin,is NOT addicting! And I just don't want anyone to get mis-lead that it isn't!,It IS VERY MUCH SO ADDICTING!! To the person who said in that certain thread that its not,I'm not in anyway putting you down,or trying to start any trouble,But I'm very interested to know were you recieved that false information from? I know about pharma. drugs.I went to school for 4 years to be a pharmacist,which I didn't complete due to back injury,I worked in a rehab for years,So I have some knowledge about perscription drugs.

Not only is it very addicting but its also horrible to withdraw from...seizures are common when withdrawing.

Hi everyone I am so so so sorry I thought kolonopin was a muscle relaxer that I have taken in the past, which I know is not addicting. I will check the name on that tonight and let you know. I would never willfully give out bad info, again, mea culpa I apologize. TJ

Hi TjinPA ! I didn't think at all you would do that. I just wanted to get that ifo out there[that it is addicting] .
People would be surprised of the medications out there that are addicting.Many people think[ not anyone in particular] that if a medication is not a controlled substance,that its not addicting. A perfect example would be the painkiller tramadol[also known as Ultram] Which is synthetic.Theres a few people on this site that were,or are addicted to tramadol.
