Talking Splitting back pain...part of opiates getting out of system??

I've heard some people/Doctors say that you can feel "fake pain" when coming off of pain meds, because your body's natural ability to handle pain is way decreased. My lower back has been killing me for about 3 days. I'm on subutex, about to start suboxone today. (btw, anyone know what the difference is? I think one has some sort of blocker) And it doesn't seem to be helping me at all with the pain. I've heard some people say on this board and in group that suboxone can help with pain as well. Anyway, so I'm wondering if this is legit pain, or if it's the "fake" pain I've heard about.. any advice?

Thanks much,
g8trgrl
