Re: what is l-tyrosene and b12 and bcomplex?

B12 is one of your B vitamins and will be in the B Complex along with B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12. The B vitamins are considered the stress vitamins and one of their jobs is to help your nervous system though if you do research you will find that each if the B vitamins have many specific jobs in the body. L- Tyrosine is an amino acid.L-Tyrosine is converted into dopamine and norepinephrine. Alternative practitioners recommend it as an anti depressant and for anxiety. L-Tyrosine needs to be taken on an empty stomach while the B complex should be taken with food. The L in front of the Tyrosine means that it is a natural form of tyrosine. Hope this helps.

Re: what is l-tyrosene and b12 and bcomplex?

Yes, they do help. You can get them in most drug stores or a health food store. The B12 you can buy separately from the B complex in a higher dose. It's the B12 that gives the energy. B vitamins are water soluble which means they don't store in your system so you are better taking smaller doses a few times a day to keep the B12 level in your system at all times. I've used L- tyrosine for the past 25 years on and off. I find it helps with anxiety. Another amino acid is GABA and I find it is even stronger than Tyrosine. There are also many herbs out there that can help. My son, who is a recovering heroin and crack addict used acupuncture and found that to also help a lot. There are a lot of alternative remedies that help a lot --there is also a lot of crap out there so you need to do your research.

Re: what is l-tyrosene and b12 and bcomplex?

I have been taking B12 dots, the sublingual ones and they do seem to help!

With the L-tyrosine, just be very careful if you are on any type of antidepressant or suffer from panic or anxiety.

You also have to remember, we have shut off our natural "energy" chemicals in our brain for so long that they need lots of time to wake up..............

Best wishes
