Love addiction

Sorry I left all this out, maybe I won't be flamed to bad now. How do i get this out of my head ,that no matter how much counceling, improvements of me, respect HER requests" move out because I am smuthering her, owning up to the fact that I did not share myself with her when she needed me to, or just trying to keep up with my responsabilities at home ie: yard, maienance issues, kid care and functions. When do I get her to notice that I have and have always been completly dedicated to her and her only?

Re: Love addiction

Funny replies :-)
Did anyone notice there is now a post there?
Muscik,
You are posting on the wrong board. This is for addiction and recovery (drugs and alchohol). Not sure where you should post your problem.
Sorry,
JB

are you married to her? not trying to be hurtful, but are you sure that she wants to be with you anymore? have you had a meaningful conversation with her lately? im sorry you're going through this, my prayers are with you.

Sorry,

I thought that maybe there would be some insite as to how to get past or improve my addictive personality. It comes from being the child of a violent alcohol addicted parent and the other codependant on that one. Soor i look some where else to post.

Re: Love addiction

Musick,
Are you depressed or have anxiety problems? - not poking fun, I have both.
Try the depression and/or anxiety boards. I go to those boards alot and have found them to be very helpful and supportive with alot of people going thru various emotional issues. Start a thread about what is really tormenting you. You will get responses from some of the pros over there.
Best Wishes,
JB
