I just went on a trip across the country... spent two months drinking everyday and smoking (which I rarely do). I didn't take my multi vitamin or eat well.. or drink enough water.
I will say that I'm not the strongest person anyway.. altho I do exercise lightly every night (but didn't on the trip)... but I"m only 135 and 6'0". Get back home and get a horrible head cold... don't smoke or drink.. and about a week or two after my trip I'm feeling a lot of anxiety and my muscles are very weak. Not bed ridden or anything.. just a shaky, weak feeling in legs and somewhat in the arms and hands. Other than that I feel good.. have a lot of energy just can't really use it due to the weakness.
Would this at all being to my immune system being wrecked with the combination of so much booze and cigs? Just not sure if I should goto the doctor or just not worry about it and take it easy at home..?
2weeks after you have come back and you feel like this I would go to the doc. i could be wrong but it sounds like 2 weeks might be too much time to have passed to be dealing with withdrawls from the alcohol it is prob just your body recovering from the abuse. I am not a doc so don't take my word just go in and see
