Help on what to expect?

I am on day 5 of no lorazepam. I started to ween myself down a few months ago and ran out off my pills 6 days ago, at that point I was taking about 1-2 0.5mg a day. I've been on them for about a year and at one point I was taking up to 6-8 0.5mg daily.

My question is what to expect? The first couple days were okay but yesterday my fourth day was really, really, bad. Mostly its been the anxiety, you know just wanting to rip my skin off! I feel a lot better this morning and was just hoping you could tell me what more to expect and that hopefully
I'm over the worse of the withdrawals?

Would appreciate any info. Thanks!
