Hello! I am a first year medical student. I was asked to make a presentation to a few of my classmates about recovery from alcohol addiction. Rather than just talk to them about drugs and therapies, I thought it would be more beneficial to our future patients if I could give these future doctors some perspective from people who are alcoholics or have family members who are alcoholics.
So, what would you tell future doctors about recovery from alcohol addiction?
