I think the length of time using and the amt you've been using has something to do with how long and/or bad the withdrawal will be. First week is the worst. After that, you should start feeling a bit better but the fatigue, anxiety, depression and cravings can go on for months. You will need to stay busy as possible and avoid people and situations that make you want to use. I've never been, but I hear NA meetings are a huge help.
