OTC Meds to help mitigate opoid withdrawl

This regime is quite commonly used in Australia

Lopermide (Imodium) Helps gut cramps, dioreeha

2 tabs 4 timrs a day

Acetaminophen (Tylenol) Helps headache, joint and muscle pains

2 tabs 4 times a day

Ibuprofen (Advil) Helps headache, joint and muscle pains

2 tabs 4 times a day

Doxylamine (Unisom) Helps rleive anxiety/tension/nausea and acts as a mild sedative

1 tab 4 times a day

Usualy 5 or 6 days is enough.
