Day 7..... made it a WEEK

HOLA folks. Full day today. Its kind of weird but the dame (mild) WD's with creep up on you even this far into it. Not bad ones, just enough to make you still aware that you are suffering. Exercise is a BEAR. That is the only thing I miss about the pills at this point is NOT BEING SORE. I even crashed into a tree on my skis a few months ago and didnt feel a thing! Oh, well that is what comes with this adventure I have started on. Stomach is much better today and I have a slight headache. i could be dehydrated a bit though. Gonna drink a HUGE glass of H20 right now. I hope all of you that are suffering realize that you are ONLY 7-8 days away from kicking this. YOU CAN DO IT. anyway, thought I would just check in.

Thanks for the update! Sorry to hear about the lingering w/d!! It happened to me too.. I still had some sneek up on me a couple weeks pill free.. I wondered though how much of that was a mental thing because I was focusing so much on the fact I couldn't have pills. So.. I think for everyone it's different...

I am glad you are hanging in there and keep chugging that water! It's so good for our bodies. I probably at least drink 1/4 of my weight a day!! hahaha Just kidding but I am a water drinker! Our bodies need to be treated like they have deserved to be treated for a long time... I am starting to take my own advice and start to do little things that I didn't do when I was a pill popper! Sleep for one... When I was on pills.... Sleeping was something that I didnt enjoy doing.... Eating right. When I was on pills, I never wanted a good healthy meal at dinner time.. NO, my evening pills were just kicking in!!! WHy would I want to do that?? Now, I make an effort to eat right instead of eating like a horse at the end of the night when my pills wore off and I realized how hungry I was from not eating all day.. I have actually now lost 8 lbs..... the healthy way! Excersise is still something I need to get kick started. I used to LOVE to.. Now... someone needs to light a FIRE under my butt to get me moving. I am going to ask the hubby if he wants to take a walk tonight when I get home since it's so nice out... SO GOOD FOR YOU for working out. You have really been good about sticking to a work out plan!! Being able to do that during w/d is something that I was NEVER strong enough to do!! You are inspirational!

I guess I just started blabbing... Sorry about that.. Thanks so much for the update and keep moving forward!!!! You are doing GREAT!!!!!
