Smile borderline from dependent to full adiction

hi iwas in 2 motor vehical accidents . in the last 8 months 4-5 months on percs foor pain . 10 to 20 mgs a day . its starting to rear its ugly head on me . i can just tell as i am a recovering drunk . an i dont want to go any further . been takin 17.5 for two days . siatic nerve . 15 today to. 15 fri 10 sat 10 sun 5mon tues stop . im wiling to sweat it out for a few more days . the first time i took percs 3 months 2-3 days minamal withdrawral. this time 2 months have not stoped yet but the signs are there chills depresion . my recovey is to important an yes my life . i have read afew of the posts through away the other 20 pills today. when they say evan at persribed amounts they are not kiding . this is my first time useing oxy. i need some extra support an my sponcer says it sounds like a good plan . not minumizeing or justifying . just dont want to sart abusing as i would blow 5 years of recovery . adding. just goes to show that 200 mgs or 20 mgs ithink i will stop now . did not take the drug for enjoyment. an will now use alteratives for the pain i also have fibro at 41 but that siatica has taken over for now , riding bike ice strethch it seems better at times. what do you think . good plan or not oh just for today i cant but we can . this is on my truck plate. an 5 years ago i did not have licence much less a truck . so i need to be a power of example. i will go to the fri meeting like i do evey week . this is my real medecine

than you its been good for me to have the more support.the storys alone encourage me.i dont think my wd will be as bad as some because of the amount an the time ive been taking them by monday i will be down to 5mg tueday none then a few days of discomfort. the biggest being part being the mental dependence . but i just can not forget how it can turn on you evan at lower doses. my md aggreed with my plan . an offerd skalaxin for mucle twicthes. an gave me 6 1mg klonapin to help me sleep 2 a day for 3 days.i remember the first time. i had some some skelaxin left over that i used an it was not to bad. lots of night sweats wich seems to benafit me the more sweat the faster the toxins get out. i will post to let you know how it goes i am sure i will be close to the computer . this seems like a good form of therapy. an it is a 2 way street . <removed> its too bad that some of us wait till our 30s or 40s or longer to start taking care of our health. but its been good some times grooling i hope by mid summer to be in the shape i was in before the accident. exercise i must get addiced to it. just a little better known as a substatuteof to meeting to a nighti will be back around 9 pm. to read some more. an to encourage others sorry about the spelling im a 1 haned typer.that new nothing about computers 4 years ago
