Welcome to the group and I also agree with everything said above, plus taper, taper, taper!!! The rule of thumb is taper down 10% per week, but adjust it to your own body's needs. Some can taper quicker, some have to take a break at a certain plateau, everyone's body is different and will handle the tapering differently. When you feel like you've tapered down enough ask the forum if it's the right time to go cold turkey and then go for it. I was impatient and when I was told it would take 6-8 weeks to taper, I was too pig-headed to accept the people's advice and I suffered from tapering too fast. Listen to the people here - we've been through it and keep us up to date.
