klonopin withdrawal help
hello
i have been on klonopin 0.25mg for 2 years, i feel i have become very dependent on this med and i want my life back. will i have the withdrawal effects such as seizures at such a low dosage?
i was wondering if anyone knows of any natural supplements that i can take to help with the withdrawal.
please help, thanks

Try the taper method first. Cut down one of your pills each day for about a couple of weeks and see how that goes. it is a longer process but has much less dramatic effects on the body.
