Hello to all again
Finally a month off 75 m fentanyl patch and 14 days off the oxy.
I still get shaky still but mostly in the mornings. I think it's cuz that was the time I would medicate to start the day. I hope it ends. It kinda frustrating at times especially when in public. Handing a debit card to at the store bothers me cuz I shake when handing it to the clerk.
I'm still running strong though. It was day 12 when I kicked myself in the butt and took the family camping in south Dakota. And yes I was worried if I would be ok, but took the Pepsi challenge. It helped a lot. All the hiking ,rock climbing, and most of all swimming in the really cold river. I never knew how cold water made me feel normal. Usually a person shakes in cold right ? It had a reverse effect on me. I felt like I was released for the rest of the day.
I did celebrate one night with my wife. 1 beer and 1 shot of this rum that taste like cinnamon toast crunch but that was all. I never have been a big drinker.

If any of this helps n e one then awesome ! If not I do understand completely and pray for all who really want off this horrible drug.
It's amazing how many doctors really don't have a clue about the terror and addiction withdrawals it has and has caused. I pray for them to get educated and really listen to their patients feedback.
