I had major anxiety and addiction issues, I went into a detox program to seek help. I was taking Xanax for anxiety and had a hard time tritating off of it, I left the detox program due to over medication, addicted to Librium. Xanax is similar to Ativan it's hard to get off of. I went to a doctor who had me read a book called "The End Of My Addiction" by Olivier Ameisen MD, I suggest that you order, borrow, read it. It opened my eyes, I was self medicating due to anxiety, my doctor prescribed me Baclofen it's an amazing drug. I have nothing to do with the publishing, distribution or sale of this book, all I know is that I am now clean and sober after struggling for 20 plus years.
