Yeah normally you wouldn't see very bad side affects from oxycodone if you just used it for recreational fun like once a week but since youve been using the drug for about a year you should atleast experience some mood swings at the least from going cold turkey on it. Worst case scenario you'll get the whole plethora of affects you hear from the addiction stories, everybody is different with drugs no persons body will react the same coming off or going on. Did you experience any withdrawals when you switched from two pills a day to one? If so then i'd expect there to be some quitting completely. Make sure you tell your doctor your taking yourself off of them even if he disagrees, he should know!! I don't know what your reason for taking yourself off of them is either, but maybe you should ask your doctor about a methocarbamol/robaxin regime which is a muscle relaxant i take for back pain that gives no high effect and pretty much zero possibility of becoming addicted.
