Provigil/Modafinil- any experiences? Just started
 

Hi alll!
so I just started this med. Kinda like concert, bit not exactly.
Doc wants to see if I focus better... etc.

I took my first dose today. I'm up cause I took it at 2pm, dumb. I think it'll work well for me, but is it the energy buzz the thing that can be an issue? (I see it has addiction potential/read it online. true? I just wanna be careful. I've started reading about it online, but y'all are more gonna come with the truth. I just wanna keep my eye on myself, at least til I've been on it a while. I always get scared with new drugs, how its gonna feel (my doc already went over it with me) but it's part of my anxiety. Worrying about new meds.
I know I can always ask my doctor, but I'd love to hear from anyone who takes it, good or bad. Like is there a w/d at the end when I go off,even when taken as prescribed? Does yer body get use to the dose so u have to go higher? I only have my percocet to roxy jump to compare it to.
If I'm making a big deal about nothing, apologies... I just want to be educated on this. And u guys know me pretty well at this point.

Nevermind. Found my answers on other sites. Didn't wanna wait on the board as I don't think this is a much abused/ talked about drug (good!), so I don't need to be afraid of it... I expect no issues as long as i take it early in the day. Man, this stuff will keep u up. Blah.
