| day 10 off of suboxone
Today is my 10th day off of subs. Iwas on them for 2 years after a 4 year haze of downing hydros and oxys. I started 16 mg per day for 18 months and then made a conscious decision to taper. Went down to 8mg/ day for 2 months then 4mg/day thenn crums every other day. The last 10 days has been an emotional whirlwind of no sleep, but I refused to give in. Today I turned a corner I feel the best I have felt in a long time., took the dogs for a walk and mowed the grass.
Just wondering is the worst of it behind me? Or is there a storm of withdrawals waiting to hit me?
